5. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Ma’muse may use international cloud service providers to store data. In accordance with Article 14 of the PDPL, we ensure that any data transferred outside of Egypt is sent to jurisdictions providing an equivalent level of protection, and only after obtaining the necessary licenses from the PDPC.

6. Electronic Marketing

We will only send you marketing SMS or emails if you have opted-in. Every marketing communication will include:

  • The clear identity of the sender (Ma’muse).

  • A valid physical or digital address to reach us.

  • A clear, easy-to-use Opt-Out/Unsubscribe mechanism.

7. Children’s Privacy

In accordance with Egyptian law, we do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 18. For users under 18, the explicit consent of a legal guardian is required to use our services.
