Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of notebooks and stationery products, Ma’Muse applies a limited return policy to maintain product quality for all customers.
Eligible Returns:
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The notebook has a manufacturing defect
- The item arrived damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Notebooks that have been written in or used
- Items removed from their original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Change-of-mind purchases
Due to product integrity and hygiene considerations, used stationery items cannot be returned.
Refund Process:
Approved returns will be inspected once received.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through:
- The original payment method
or - Store credit
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Important Notice:
All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Return requests must include clear photos or video evidence showing the defect or issue.
Due to the nature of printed products, notebooks cannot be returned once written in or used.
We reserve the right to decline return requests in cases of suspected misuse, repeated claims, or violation of the above policy.
